This was taken right after the heads and just starting the hearts. This rate here was nearly 4 gallons per hour. This jar was 1.44 L and was being filled in 5 minutes and 42 seconds. The condenser was doing an excellent job of pulling down the vapor at that rate. At full speed the temperature of the product was 90F. I had to do a bit of compensation figuring the net ABV.
