I am the Assistant Brewmaster at the Baldwinsville, NY Brewery.  I wanted to express my sincere appreciation to your crew, Jeremy Garrett and Nik Thomas.  These 2 guys worked incredibly hard over the last few weeks replacing the calandria tubes for us.  In addition to being highly skilled craftsmen, I was impressed with their emphasis on safety.  They truly did everything right.  I look forward to working with these gentlemen again in the future.
