We’ve opened a brand-new, state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Louisville, KY, designed to significantly increase our tank fabrication capabilities and enhance the level of service we provide to our clients. This expansion ensures that we can continue to meet the growing demands of the industries we serve while maintaining the high standards of quality and craftsmanship you’ve come to expect from Vendome.
Expanded Capabilities
Our new 50,000-square-foot facility, located at the Ormsby site, is equipped with the latest manufacturing technology, allowing us to fabricate even larger stainless steel vessels—up to 200,000 gallons—for the distillation, brewing, food, dairy, pharmaceutical, and chemical industries. Whether you need fermenters, cookers, beer wells, or storage tanks, our expanded capabilities allow us to handle larger projects with greater efficiency.
In addition, we’ve invested in advanced sheet coil processing technology that reduces weld seams, resulting in stronger, higher-quality tanks that are completed faster than ever before.
Shorter Lead Times, Same High Standards
This expansion isn’t just about size-it’s about speed, too. Our new facility allows us to shorten lead times, ensuring you receive your equipment faster without any compromise on quality. Lead times are now 10-14 weeks, depending on the size and customization of your project. Whether your vessel is shop-built or field-built on-site, our skilled team is ready to meet your needs with the precision and care we’re known for.
