- Unused items in their original condition and packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- Please call us at (502) 587-1930 before sending anything back so we can help.
- Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or we sent the wrong item.
- If your order arrives damaged, let us know within 7 days of delivery, with a photo if you can, and we will make it right.
- Once we receive and check the return, we refund your original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days. Original shipping charges are not refunded.
