The new facility houses, in three connected buildings: a hospitality room, still house, brew hall, milling room, packaging hall and warehouse totalling over 22,000 square feet. The still house accommodates three copper stills made by Vendome Copper & Brassworks of Louisville, Kentucky and the new brew house has increased brewing capacity by 12 times the previous volume.
