By Distillery Trail (April 13, 2018) The new distillery will start out producing around 20,000 barrels of bourbon a year with the ability to increase to 50,000 in the future. Click here to read all about the Grand Opening on Distillery Trail.

Moonshine University’s new program, My Craft Distillery program, allows you to make your own barrel of bourbon on their Vendome equipment from start to finish under expert guidance.  There is a lot more involved than just a barrel of bourbon.You can read all about it on the Courier Journal.
