New Automated Still II

Uploaded on Nov 19, 2009

This is the prototype computer control. It is on a Intel based touch screen pc mounted as a kiosk. It is reading all the inputs, controlling the dephlegmator and the cooling water. This unit is going to be for sale at Vendome Copper & Brass Works soon. There are some more videos that sow it in operation during a stripping run of corn mash that started out at 8.96% alcohol. It is doing a sweet job. I was collection and recording the performance of today’s run. The final output from 35 gallons of corn mash was ~6 gallons of 42%. There were no cuts mad and the run was collected way into the tails.
